Two independent domains corroborate the correction. lahoradelgambling.com was our original source describing the historical Coljuegos concession (C1695) and welcome offers. mundovideo.com.co - a Colombian gambling-industry news outlet - independently confirms the concession expired 18 December 2024, that Coljuegos removed Fullreto from its authorised-operator list, and that Coljuegos required the operator to establish a trust account to refund more than 10,000 affected bettors, publicly recommending they migrate to one of the 15 currently licensed platforms. We do not know of any live welcome offer that can honestly be published for this operator in Colombia today.
